I also POAS today and it was bfn of course but a girl can dream. Hopefully you temp rising is a good sign 9 dpo is still early test in a few days and see if you have your BFP then. Fx'd for you. Webb14 feb. 2008 · 0. Basicially you get a shift in temps after you ovulate, so you normally see lower temps pre ovulation, then a step up after you ovulate. A triphasic temperature chart shows a second shift upwards with sustained higher temps. Click on the link in my signature and scroll down, my last months chart (January) was triphasic from 7dpo.
